			We were left with a pretty terrible mess in our basement when our renters left. The drains had been clogged with potting soil from their plants and water was left standing for who knows how long. I tried to clean it myself, but it was just too much. Luckily this company was referred to me by a family member and they were at my house in less than a week after contacting them. That basement is now spotless! Drains unplugged, walls and floor power washed, and it smells amazing down there. If you need anything cleaned, I would recommend this company every time. Was worth every penny. They also treated the inside of the house to remove the marijuana odor that was still lingering after several bottles of febreeze and diffusing essential oil odor eliminators. Smells like home again! This company is amazing.

All I can say is that Vicky and her team are Rockstars!! 9 days before close, a vagrant barricaded himself within the home my clients were planning on purchasing, and the Mesa County SWAT team had to convince him that coming out was his best option. After four busted windows, two canister of tear gas, and SWATs usual way of entry, we had a mess in our hands. And an extremely short time frame to work with. Before we knew the whole story of events `Vicky and her team were neck deep into cleaning up a tear gas mess that was in my client’s new home. Despite the overwhelming circumstances and her amazing commitment to make sure her clients were taken care of she relentlessly got the job done on time and with incredible results. With Vicky’s expertise we were able to close on time!! There is no possible way we could have made this happen without her, and her teams help. I strongly recommend her and the Bio One team!! Her team of Certified Technicians are dedicated, compassionate, hardworking, and reliable. Together, they have become the leading name in Biohazard Remediation on the Western Slope for Law Enforcement, Coroners, Adult Protective Services, Insurance Companies, Homeowners, Realtors, Renters, Property Management Companies, Hotels, and other businesses who need property restored due to contamination. Darren Cook is a Lead Technician for Bio-One and is a lifelong Grand Junction native. He is the founder of Mesa County Search & Rescue Dive and has spent over 30 years serving to bring closure to families experiencing loss all over the country. Darren owns and operates Trident Steel Structures and has a long history of building, repair, and restoration. He is also a Professor at Colorado Mesa University & owns Scuba Ventures where he teaches scuba. Jaritt Miller is a Lead Technician and has been with the company since the beginning.
